TAP provides a digital card design and PDF delivery service. You select a character, background, and personalized name to create a custom card design. Upon payment, you receive a PDF file containing two versions of your card: a full-page design and a wallet-card size suitable for printing and cutting.
TAP is operated from the United States and is intended primarily for US-based customers. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
However, if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, those protections may apply to your purchase regardless of the governing law clause.
All purchases are processed through Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record. By clicking "Get My PDF," you agree to proceed with checkout on Gumroad's platform. TAP is not responsible for payment processing, transaction security, or Gumroad's policies. See Gumroad's privacy policy and Gumroad's terms for more information.
TAP does not store or retain payment information. If you have questions about your transaction or need to verify a purchase, you will need your email address, purchase receipt, or Gumroad order ID. Please contact Gumroad directly for payment-related issues.

Your personalized PDF will be delivered via email within 60 seconds of successful payment verification. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes. TAP is not responsible for email delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, email service provider limitations, or interruptions beyond our control.
If you do not receive your PDF, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details, and we will re-send it.
All sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. You acknowledge that digital products are non-refundable because they are immediately delivered and cannot be "unsold."
For customers in the EEA and United Kingdom: If you purchased this product and wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase to request withdrawal. However, because the product is digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we may not be able to provide a refund if the product has been accessed or downloaded. This is consistent with the consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction regarding digital goods.
If you experience a technical issue with delivery or believe there is an error with your order, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or re-send your PDF at no charge.
The character designs, backgrounds, artwork, and all other creative content on this site are the intellectual property of TAP. You may use your personalized PDF card for personal, non-commercial purposes only — for example, printing and displaying it, sharing it with friends, or using it as a social media avatar.

When you enter your name in the card builder, that information becomes part of your personalized PDF. By submitting your name, you grant TAP the right to include it in your PDF and in anonymized usage data for service improvement purposes. Your name will not be published, displayed publicly, or used for any purpose other than generating your card and providing the service.
TAP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAP disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
TAP is not liable for any damages, lost profits, business interruption, or issues arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. If such laws apply to you, the above limitations may not fully apply, and you may have additional legal rights.
TAP may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of TAP after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
